She is a passionate advocate for health and wellness, where she believes that daily exercise nourishes the body, mind, and spirit, teaching that our minds are like software and our bodies like hardware—both needing care for a balanced life.

Brittney has served as a Wellness Coach at the renowned Woman Evolve Conference and regularly leads Desk Yoga sessions for large corporations, emphasizing the importance of daily movement. As a degreed Industrial Engineer, she integrates her expertise in posture and ergonomics with her Christian faith, recognizing that true wellness flows from honoring our bodies as temples of Christ. She currently teaches various yoga styles at CorePower Yoga in Dallas, TX.
